Alpha Bait Company – Refund & Return Policy

We take pride in every handmade soft-plastic bait we produce. Because our products are made by hand in small batches, please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly not as described. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind or buyer's remorse
• Minor color or texture variations inherent to handmade goods
• Items that have been used, rigged, or fished

How to Request a Return Email us at [your contact email] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll respond within 2 business days.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange defective or damaged items for the same product (subject to availability). Contact us to arrange.

International Orders Customers outside the US are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs/duties on returned items. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
